R/V Kakusui

The first Kakusui constructed in March 1968 was replaced by the current Kakusui constructed in March 1982. This ship is used by the staff members, undergraduate students and graduate students for a variety of exercise and research as collection of marine organisms, sampling of sea water and oceanographic observations in relatively short distance coastal areas.
